THE SEVEN CHAKRAS
When you understand more about the chakras, you will notice that you know more about yourself and others.
You can concretely build your awareness to support your knowledge and well-being. Please write your work in a journal to help your development and insights.
Before each chakra you may dive into a recorded colormeditation to invite the color of the chakra, supporting you to start the work with that chakra. During your studies you also receive an angel healing meditation for each specific chakra. After you have done all the work, you receive a recorded healing channeling from the angelgroup to support the energy of you working with the chakra.

Think about your life as an adult
What do you have with you from your childhood, that does not make you feel safe? What triggers you as an adult not to feel safe and cared for? Are you angry with your parents? What are the things you can be grateful about from your childhood experiences, now decades later? What did your childhood years teach you? Please write notes about anything that comes to your mind right now.
What brings you safety and security NOW?
Do you have people around that make you feel safe? Do you feel safe and secure about who you are now? Are you able to take responsibility for your own actions and reactions, even if your childhood experiences didn't teach you that? Do you feel that there is trauma that still disturbs your energy and might even affect your life regularly? Please write notes about anything that comes to your mind right now.
How to support yourself
Please listen to the grounding meditation, where the aim is to support your root chakra.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
The solar plexus is the center of personal identity. It tells us about our self-esteem, self-confidence, personal power, and self-respect. It's the place of personal power.
“Who am I?”
Element: Fire
Color: Yellow
Location: In the abdominal area
Role: The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with self-esteem, personal power, confidence, willpower, and personal strength. It governs our personality and ego.
Physical Organs: Digestive organs such as the stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and the area of the intestines.
Emotional and Psychological Aspects: This chakra is related to self-confidence, courage, decision-making, and control. It also influences how we perceive ourselves and express ourselves to the world. If we fail to respect ourselves and neglect the fact that we are valuable just because we exist, our own perception of our worth is weak.
Theme of the Solar Plexus Chakra: Its theme is power and control. The solar plexus chakra regulates our inner knowledge of things and people. It develops through relationships and work, and through it, we learn to manage things independently and responsibly.
Signs of a Balanced Solar Plexus Chakra:A balanced solar plexus chakra manifests as strong self-esteem, healthy self-confidence, the ability to make decisions and control life, and a sense of personal power. You are content and strong. You feel valuable simply because you exist. You know who you are. You respect yourself. You defend yourself when necessary. You stand up for yourself with authorities. You trust your ability to be yourself, make healthy choices, and live independently. You know that you are worthy of love, respect, and kindness.
Effects of Excessive Energy in the Solar Plexus Chakra: Excessive energy in the solar plexus chakra can manifest as dominating or aggressive behavior, excessive competitiveness, a need for control, and arrogance. Selfish, power-hungry. Disrespectful towards others. Looks down on people.
Effects of Deficient Energy in the Solar Plexus Chakra: Deficient energy can lead to low self-esteem, insecurity about one's abilities, difficulty in decision-making, and passive behavior. When you lose energy in the solar plexus chakra, you may feel powerless, uncertain, and unable to control your life. You may also experience decreased self-esteem and lack of motivation. Life gives us many challenges to develop personal identity, often through difficult relationships and situations, through which we can learn to build our strength and also learn to say "no" when we feel that our boundaries are being crossed. We can thank life for these challenges and see how we can build and develop ourselves so that our solar plexus can strengthen to the next level in our development. We have the freedom to choose what suits us and what does not. If we let other people's harmful influence affect what we believe in (e.g., feeling like others are controlling you), there is still building to do in our internal strength, and we live with constant uncertainty and fear. Then we live our lives pleasing others and losing energy from our own center. We behave like a servant to please others.
Strengthening Energy in the Solar Plexus Chakra: You can strengthen the energy of the solar plexus chakra by practicing self-exploration, courage in decision-making, setting and achieving goals, and developing healthy boundaries and independence. As adults, we are expected to build a personal identity through which we see 'who I am,' and through which the relationship with ourselves develops and expands. Through selfdevelopment, the solar plexus develops and strengthens, and we become familiar with ourselves; we dare more and more to be ourselves. As our own power grows, we are able to be more focused in our own center, and the 'difficult' energies and opinions of other people affect us less harmfully. Our life experiences are absorbed through this center, and if there are many things we cannot express, we gather feelings of anger and aggression within us. Learn to say NO when it feels right.
Challenges of the Solar Plexus Chakra:Challenges of the solar plexus chakra may include self-esteem issues, difficulty expressing oneself, excessive or deficient need for control, and difficulty recognizing one's own needs and desires. Many of us recognize the fact that if we constantly seek confirmation of things from other people, we feel uncertain in ourselves and often live in indecision energies. We are also easily fearful, timid, and may suffer from concentration difficulties. It may also be challenging to connect with one's intuition. In addition, overoptimism and over-pessimism are signs of imbalance in the solar plexus.
Affirmations:
I am strong and self-confident.
I trust in my own abilities.
I control my life and make decisions boldly.
THE SOLAR PLEXUS LESSONS
Self-exploration regarding your own power:
Examine and evaluate your own feelings and thoughts regarding your self-esteem, self-worth, and personal power. What comes to mind regarding past challenges? How well can you make decisions? How easy is it for you to choose what is healthy for you?
Can you say NO when you don't want to do something even if someone else asks or demands you to do something that doesn't feel right for you? Do you value yourself healthily?
Do you doubt your own opinions if someone else wants to express something completely opposite? Are you brave when necessary? Or do you tend to be timid and retreat when faced with a difficult situation?
Keep a general emotional diary to learn how you perceive yourself in relation to other people. Write down notes in your diary about everything that comes to mind right now.
Meditation, Breathing, and Yoga/Qigong:
Meditation is a good way to connect with the body's energy and emotions. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and bring your attention to the solar plexus. You can visualize a sun or a golden ball shining and warming the solar plexus, strengthening its power. You may find this available in my recorded meditation. Focus on your breathing and consciously bring attention to the solar plexus as you breathe deeply and slowly. You can imagine that the breath passes through the solar plexus, giving it strength and energy.
Many yoga and qigong practices focus on the body's energy centers. Look for practices that include poses or movements that strengthen the solar plexus. For example, the sun salutation in yoga can help strengthen the solar plexus.
Write down notes about everything that comes to mind right now.
Exercise:
Exercise and physical activity can help strengthen the body and mind and balance energy. Clear core exercises target energy building specifically to the solar plexus area.
Exercise regularly, but don't forget to listen to your body and give it the necessary rest and recovery.
Write down notes about what you focus on.
How to Support Yourself
Listen to the yellow energy meditation. Use visualization to strengthen the solar plexus. Repeat phrases in your mind such as "I am powerful and confident" or "I have endless energy and strength" while imagining how energy flows through the solar plexus area.
Eat healthily and balanced. Food affects the body's energy balance, so make sure you eat nutritious foods that support the solar plexus and other energy centers in the body.
The solar plexus center is specifically the center of absorption.
If you feel that you have significant challenges in staying in your own power while valuing yourself healthily, always seek help from a professional who can guide you on your path.

THE THROAT CHAKRA
The throat chakra is located in the neck area, behind the throat.
The throat chakra is associated with communication, speaking the truth, and self-expression.
Element: Ether or Air
Color: Turquoise, light blue
Location: Located in the throat area
Role: The throat chakra is associated with communication, selfexpression, and creativity. It guides our ability to express ourselves verbally and non-verbally.
Physical Organs: Throat, neck, thyroid gland, vocal cords, mouth, ears.
Feelings and Psychological Perspectives: The throat chakra affects our ability to communicate effectively, express our truth, and listen attentively. It relates to authenticity, integrity, and speaking one's truth. Willpower. Our relationship with truth. Additionally, this area regulates our ability to make decisions and choose what we want to do, how our power or powerlessness manifests.
Theme of the Throat Chakra: The theme of the throat chakra is communication, self-expression, and speaking one's truth. It encourages us to express ourselves honestly and authentically. The throat chakra embodies our abilities to express our needs and our own truth, as well as how we are creative with the power of life.
Effects of Excessive Energy in the Throat Chakra: Excessive energy in the throat chakra can lead to excessive talking, arrogance, or dominant communication styles. It can also manifest as throat-related issues such as sore throat, thyroid disorders, or neck tension. Excessive gossiping. Continuous overactivity in speaking or interrupting others. Inability to listen to others attentively and empathetically.
Effects of Deficient Energy in the Throat Chakra: Deficient energy in the throat chakra can lead to difficulty expressing oneself, feeling misunderstood, or fearing speaking ones truth. It can also lead to communication problems and feeling it difficult to make one's voice heard. You avoid telling your own truth when you are unhappy or upset. Many people have been silenced as children, not heard and silenced, making it challenging to build the power of the throat chakra. Fear of public speaking. Voice problems.
You Lose Your Energy in the Throat Chakra When: You lose energy in the throat chakra when you suppress your voice, keep your truth inside, or feel unable to express yourself authentically. As the center of willpower, this area controls what we enjoy through the mouth and also applies to what we eat, drink, or e.g. smoke. It is strongly related to our addiction experiences. Everything we enjoy and how we relate to it affects the strength of the throat chakra or even increases its weakness. Gossiping, swearing, and poor self-expression weaken the center of the throat chakra. If you hear unpleasant things being said about you, it weakens the power of the throat chakra.
Strengthening Energy in the Throat Chakra: Strengthening energy in the throat chakra requires genuine selfexpression, defending one's rights, and actions that promote creativity and communication. When we take responsibility for our clear communication and stand behind our own truth, we strengthen the throat chakra. If our willpower significantly weakens, it clearly affects our ability to express our own truth and may keep us in unhealthy relationships. At the same time, we can correct the negative effects associated with lying, gossiping, and slander. We can gradually strengthen our ability to receive truth from other people and strengthen our own personal authenticity and honesty. We strengthen the throat chakra when we verbally express what we feel and think about life's matters. Sometimes it is also wise to be quiet and assess when it is the right time to express oneself. Tune in to listen to the higher truth of situations or people.
Affirmations:
I express myself confidently and genuinely.
I speak my truth clearly and communicate respectfully.
I let go of fear or hesitation to speak my truth.

Awareness and Meditation:
Develop awareness of the throat chakra and its significance. Start a meditation practice focusing on the throat chakra. Sit in a peaceful place, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Then, focus on the throat area and visualize a spinning blue light there. This helps you connect mind and body and open the energy flow of the throat chakra.
Listen to my guided meditations.
Voice Exercises:
The throat chakra is related to vocal expression. Practice using your voice with vocal exercises such as singing, chanting, or mantra repetition. Choose a practice you enjoy and let your voice flow freely through your throat chakra. This helps you find the strength and clarity of your voice.
Self-Support:
Focus on self-exploration and examine your habits, thoughts, and feelings. Keep a journal of your experiences and observations related to the throat chakra. Ask yourself questions like, "How do I express myself?" or "What thoughts and feelings do I have about expression?" This helps deepen your understanding and open your throat chakra.
If you have been silenced and become quiet, it is good to focus on releasing old memories.
Communication:
Practice conscious and compassionate communication with others. Listen actively and express yourself clearly and honestly. Focus on balancing expression and reception, and be open to different perspectives. Let go of old experiences where communication has not been pure.
When communicating, the energy of the throat chakra flows freely and balanced. Pay attention to the tone of your voice and your body language, ensuring they align with your true intentions. Communicate without judgment.
Remember to keep your practices regular and open to new insights and experiences.
Write down notes in your journal about everything that comes to mind right now.
THE BROW CHAKRA
Sixth chakra- The brow chakra
The Sixth Chakra is located between the eyebrows and is also known as the third eye.
It is associated with how we perceive the world and truth, often regarded as the center of wisdom.
Element: Light (Darkness) - thoughts
Color: Indigo (the color of Universal truth)
Location: Between the eyebrows, also known as the third eye
Role: The sixth chakra is associated with intuition, insight, and imagination. It governs our ability to perceive beyond the physical realm and access inner wisdom.
Physical Organs: Brain, eyes, pituitary gland
Feelings and Psychological Perspectives: The sixth chakra influences our sense of perception, intuition, and understanding. It relates to our ability to trust our inner guidance, visualize, and manifest our vision. It can act as a guide for us, telling us whether we are safe and how accepted we are. The brow chakra is our conscious link to life choices. The use of imagination and refinement of visualization skills are strongly associated with the area of the sixth chakra. The right side of our brain intuitively tells us the truth about people and various life situations.
Theme of the Sixth Chakra: The theme of the sixth chakra is intuition, insight, and inner wisdom. It encourages us to trust our inner knowing and perceive the world beyond the physical senses. Imagination, intuition, discernment, knowledge and wisdom make the sixth chakra the center of control for most of our vital functions. This area develops wisdom in us through life experiences. The sixth chakra is the center of wisdom and can develop through different stages of life, allowing us to choose to turn even our difficult experiences into wisdom and give meaning to life. How well and effectively we live our lives using our knowledge and wisdom supports the development of the sixth chakra. We need knowledge to move forward in life. It is important to learn to distinguish what is true and what is not.The sixth chakra is related to seeing the truth, compared to the throat chakra that is about speaking your truth. The more developed this center is, the better we can live in our own power.
Effects of Excessive Energy in the Sixth Chakra: Excessive energy in the sixth chakra can lead to excessive fantasizing, delusions, or detachment from reality. It may manifest as headaches, vision problems, or difficulty concentrating. A person may excessively rely on intuition without grounding it in reality, leading to impractical decision-making or difficulty distinguishing between fantasy and reality. This can manifest as being overly idealistic or having grandiose visions without practical implementation plans. Emotionally distant.
Effects of Deficient Energy in the Sixth Chakra: Deficient energy in the sixth chakra can lead to lack of imagination, difficulty envisioning possibilities, or feeling disconnected from one's intuition. It may manifest as skepticism, lack of clarity, or feeling spiritually disconnected. A weakened solar plexus drains energy from the sixth (brow) chakra. We are more prone to be highly suspicious, judgmental, one-sided and dry in our thinking, fearful, and chronically worried. Lack of sense of humor.
You Lose Your Energy in the Sixth Chakra When: You ignore your intuition, rely solely on logic, or dismiss your inner guidance. Suppressing your imagination and creativity can also deplete energy in the sixth chakra. Not being open to other people's perspectives. Additionally, you may have trouble visualizing your goals or manifesting your vision for the future.
Strengthening Energy in the Sixth Chakra: Strengthening energy in the sixth chakra involves practices that enhance intuition, such as meditation, visualization, and mindfulness. Connecting with nature and engaging in creative activities can also strengthen this chakra. When the sixth chakra is more developed, we learn to live a more spiritual life. Understanding, perception, and insight develop as a result. Openness to other people's thoughts is also more present, and we can view things more objectively.
Affirmations:
I trust my intuition and inner guidance.
I am open to receiving insights and wisdom from within.
My mind is clear, and my vision is focused.
THE BROW CHAKRA LESSONS
Awareness and Meditation:
Start by developing awareness of the third eye chakra and its significance. The third eye chakra is located between the forehead and eyebrows and is associated with intuition, inner vision, and inner wisdom. Begin a daily meditation practice focusing on the third eye chakra. Close your eyes, relax, and visualize a spinning indigo light in the area of the third eye. This helps deepen your connection to your inner wisdom.
Visualization Exercises:
Practice visualization using images and symbols related to the third eye chakra. For example, imagine yourself surrounded by light flowing through the third eye and opening the third eye's vision.
Visualization exercises strengthen the energy of the third eye chakra and help you develop your intuition.
Eye Exercises:
The third eye chakra is also related to eye health and vision. Practice relaxation and strengthening of the eyes with various eye exercises, such as eye rolling, focusing the gaze far and near, and coordinating eye movements. Strong and healthy eyes support the balance of the third eye chakra.
Intuitive Exercises:
Develop your intuition and inner vision by participating in exercises that encourage intuitive thinking and decision-making. Examples of such exercises may include divination, dream interpretation, or receiving intuitive messages.
Listen to your heart and let your inner wisdom guide you.
Mindfulness and Conscious Presence:
Develop your mindfulness skills and conscious presence in your daily life. Practice presence and focus on the present moment with various mindfulness exercises, such as breathing exercises or body scanning. Clarity and strengthening intuition associated with the third eye chakra benefit from conscious presence. By incorporating these lessons into your spiritual practice, you can strengthen the third eye chakra and promote inner wisdom, intuition, and clarity through the online course.
Remember to keep your practices regular and open to new insights and experiences.
Write down notes in your journal about everything that comes to mind right now.
THE CROWN CHAKRA
The Crown Chakra represents our connection to higher consciousness, and its purpose is to help us find peace and beauty in our lives.
It serves as a guide to bring us to a place where we experience serenity and acceptance. Located at the top of the head.
Element: Ether
Color: Violet or white (color of spiritual enlightenment)
Location: At the crown of the head
Role: The seventh chakra, also known as the crown chakra, is associated with spiritual and divine connection, enlightenment, and universal consciousness. It guides our connection to the divine, our higher selves, and the universe.
Physical organs: Brain, pineal gland, crown of the head
Emotions and psychological aspects: The seventh chakra influences our sense of spirituality and connection to something greater than ourselves. It relates to our understanding of the universe, the meaning of life, and our place in the cosmic order. This chakra encourages us to seek spiritual growth, enlightenment, and connection to the divine. The crown chakra embodies our connection to higher consciousness and its purpose is to help us find peace and beauty in our lives. It acts as a conduit to bring us to a place where we experience tranquility and acceptance. Living in the present moment. Healthy selflessness.
Theme of the Crown Chakra: The theme of the seventh chakra is spiritual connection, enlightenment, and universal consciousness. It encourages us to transcend the ego and experience unity with all creation. The crown chakra symbolizes our highest potential and spiritual awakening. As we develop a connection to spiritual energy, we can more broadly open up to spiritual understanding, which may ease difficult emotions, giving us peace and spiritual wisdom. Through this type of approach, we are more easily able to gain spiritual insight and grow internally. At the same time, the ego is less likely to obstruct our spiritual development, allowing us to be more open-minded in various situations and develop the ability to trust life. Experience connection to divine energy.
Effects of Excessive Energy in the Crown Chakra: Excessive energy in the seventh chakra can lead to spiritual bypassing, detachment from the physical world, or spiritual arrogance. It may manifest as feelings of detachment from reality, confusion, or an inability to ground oneself. This can lead to a lack of interest in worldly matters or neglect of practical responsibilities.
Effects of Deficient Energy in the Crown Chakra: Deficient energy in the crown chakra can lead to feelings of spiritual emptiness, detachment from the divine, or existential crisis. It may manifest as depression, a lack of purpose, or difficulty finding meaning in life. Weakened connection to the divine or higher self can lead to feelings of isolation or alienation.
You lose energy in the seventh chakra when: You neglect your spiritual practices, become too materialistic, or lose faith in something greater than yourself—living your life without belief. When you place conditions on spiritual experiences, and reject external guidance unless it appears to you in the form you desire. Neglecting your spiritual needs or denying your spiritual nature can deplete energy from the seventh chakra.
Strengthening Energy in the Crown Chakra: Strengthening the energy of the crown chakra requires practices that promote spiritual growth and connection to the divine, such as meditation, prayer, and contemplation. Participating in spiritual activities, connecting with nature, and seeking guidance from spiritual and metaphysical teachers or mentors can also strengthen this chakra. The crown chakra is strengthened when you express gratitude and feel that your life is a journey of spiritual development.
Affirmations:
I surrender to the divine love and light of life that shine through me.
I am one with all.
I am grateful for the blessings of the Universe and spiritual wisdom.

This helps strengthen your connection to higher powers and opens the energy flow of the crown chakra.
Affirmations and Visualization:
Use positive affirmations and visualization to strengthen the crown chakra. Repeat in your mind or aloud statements like "I am connected to universal wisdom and love" or "My crown chakra is open to receiving higher knowledge and light." Visualize the light above your crown chakra strengthening and becoming clearer with each affirmation.
